Yes, we support cooperation with third-party testing agencies, such as SGS, TÜV, etc. If you need third-party testing, please indicate it when placing the order, and the relevant costs will be borne by the buyer.

Our second-hand cars have been fully inspected and reconditioned by professional technicians, and key components such as engines, gearboxes, and suspension systems have been rigorously tested. We offer a quality guarantee period to ensure that the vehicle you receive is up to standard.

What is a notifying party?

The Notify Party is the party on the bill of lading who will be notified when the goods arrive at the destination port. Usually the buyer or his designated forwarder/customs clearance agent.

The consignee is the party named on the bill of lading to receive the goods, usually the importer or buyer. The consignee is responsible for completing customs clearance procedures and picking up the goods at the destination port.

International express delivery such as DHL requires complete recipient information for customs clearance and delivery. This is a compliance requirement for international shipping and ensures documents are delivered accurately.

To ensure that your documents, including your bill of lading (B/L), are sent via DHL Express, we ask that you provide your full name and address for your DHL shipping address. Please provide the recipient's full name, address (without initials), and phone number. Please note that providing incomplete information may result in delays in document delivery.

Notifying party is the individual contacted by the shipping agent to inform you of the ship's confirmed arrival date at the port. You may choose to list a private customs clearance agent as the notifying party, but this is not mandatory as the customs clearance agent does not need to be listed on the bill of lading (B/L). If you don't have an agent, just fill in "Same as consignee" for easier processing.

The consignee is the "intended owner" of the vehicle. Please provide the consignee's full name, name as shown on passport or ID, full address (no abbreviations allowed) and phone number. When providing us with your booking information, please be aware of the following: If you do not provide the full name and address of your consignee, the shipping company may delay your booking. Please be sure to provide complete information. The name of the consignee must not be misspelled. Even the smallest error can result in bill of lading (B/L) modifications, which may incur additional fees and time.

How to pay?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C) and other payment methods. The most commonly used one is T/T, which means the money is transferred directly to our corporate account through the bank. Specific payment information will be provided after order confirmation.

We mainly accept settlement in US dollars (USD). Depending on the circumstances, currencies such as Euro (EUR) and Renminbi (CNY) may also be accepted. Please confirm with us before placing order.

Payment usually needs to be completed within 48 hours after the order is confirmed. If special circumstances require a delay, please communicate with the sales team in advance, and we will try to coordinate.

For large orders, we can negotiate installment payment plans. Usually a 30%-50% deposit is required, and the balance is paid before shipment. Please consult with the sales team for specific plans.

A telegraphic transfer copy (T/T Copy) is a document issued by the bank after completing a remittance, proving that the funds have been transferred. You can request it from the bank after the transfer or download it from the online banking system. Please send the copy to us so that we can confirm receipt of the funds and arrange subsequent matters.

International wire transfers usually take 2-5 business days to arrive, depending on the processing speed of the remitting bank and the receiving bank. It is recommended that you keep a copy of the wire transfer after payment so that we can confirm it in a timely manner.

If you are unable to make the payment on time, please contact us as soon as possible. We can negotiate an extension of the payment deadline or cancel the order. Failure to communicate in a timely manner may result in the order being canceled and the vehicle being released to other buyers.

If we do not receive a copy of the wire within 72 hours, or a bank receipt within 120 hours, the product will be available for purchase by others. If the payment arrives at our bank after the deadline, the following may occur: A. If the product is still available (unsold or reserved), we will accept your payment, send you a "Payment Confirmation", and initiate the process of shipping the vehicle to the designated port. B. If the product has been reserved or sold, you have the following options: B-1: If the product has been reserved, you can wait for its status to change to "Available" or "Sold". B-2: If the product has already been sold, you can select a similar product on sale and purchase it using the payment you sent. In this case, we can expedite the shipping process to ensure you receive your vehicle faster. (Suggestion) B- 3: If there is no other option, you can apply for a refund from your bank and the bank transfer fee will be borne by you. In this case, a $150 processing fee will be charged.

After payment is made, it may take a few days for my bank transfer to reach your account. Yes, if we receive a copy of the wire transfer within the specified time, we will hold the vehicle for you for a total of 120 hours. As your bank transfer may take several days to reach our account, we recommend that you pay your invoice immediately upon receipt.

Your wire transfer will take at least three business days to reflect in our bank account. While this delay may cause some inconvenience, it is the average time for inter-bank transactions. Please be assured that your order will be processed immediately once payment is received.

Our payment terms are divided into two steps. The first step is to provide the wire transfer stub within 72 hours of the invoice. The second step is to remit the payment to our bank within 120 hours after the invoice is issued. Meeting the deadlines in both steps is critical to a successful purchase. If we do not receive the wire transfer stub within 72 hours, or do not receive the remittance confirmation from our bank within 120 hours, the corresponding product will no longer be accepted for purchase by other buyers.

Currently, we only accept 100% payment via TT (Telegraphic Transfer) before shipping. In the TT payment process, you need to pay the full amount through any bank of your choice. After payment, please send us a copy of the TT and we will start the shipping process. All necessary documents will be sent to you via DHL and you can expect to receive your vehicle within 35-45 days. Your payment is guaranteed by www.uccvip.com and we will hold it until we confirm that the supplier has sent you the correct vehicle.
